How long does it take for orders to be shipped?
We process print runs twice weekly. Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after you’ve approved your proof. You will receive a notification from us once your order has been shipped. If your order is urgent, please drop us an email and we’ll see what we can do!
Is there a minimum order quantity for cards?
Yes, our minimum order quantity is 10 cards (per order, not per player). This helps us maintain efficient production.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer affordable flat-rate shipping anywhere in Australia — $12 for standard or $16.50 for express. No hidden costs, just reliable delivery so you can enjoy your personalised sports trading cards as soon as possible.
You are also welcome to pick up your order from our Pascoe Vale studio by arrangement.
Can I pick up my order instead of paying for delivery?
Yes, local pickup is available from our Pascoe Vale studio, by arranged time. You can choose this option at checkout to save on delivery fees.
How are your cards produced and finished?
We print all cards in two-sided colour on 400 gsm card stock and finish them with a gloss hand laminate. All cards are 63.5mm x 89.9mm in size.
What photo quality is required for the cards?
For best results, we recommend high-resolution images. This ensures your photos print clearly and professionally. Most smart phone photos are suitable!
When will I receive my proof after placing an order?
Your digital proof will be emailed within 1-2 business days after we receive your order. Printing begins in the next print run once you’ve approved the proof.
Can we use your service as a club fundraiser?
Absolutely. We’re happy to support club and community fundraising initiatives. Get in touch to discuss custom designs and pricing options that suit your goals.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers in a range of values. They can be purchased online or by request. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase.
